Information Technology Security Analyst Location Address: 888 Birchmount Road, Scarborough, ON Hybrid: 2 days in-office (will increase to 4 days in future) Anchor days: Flexible Contract Duration: ASAP to 05/31/2026 - 6 months Must have skills: 1) 5+ years of experience in security, legal or project manager 2) 3+ years of current and working knowledge in all aspects of eDiscovery and Litigation Operations 3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization. 4) Strong and constant approach to critical thinking, data analytics and problem solving while maintaining both a creative and detailed orientation to job and team accountabilities. 5) Experience in using industry standard eDiscovery and digital forensic tools (ex. Relativity, EnCase, others) Nice to have: Demonstrate a current and working knowledge of digital forensic principles/methodologies/techniques, and of Information Security best-practices, methodologies, and techniques. Detailed working knowledge of legal and regulatory jurisdictions specific to identification, preservation, collection, and production of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) Detailed working knowledge of digital forensic principles, methodologies, and techniques. Detailed working knowledge of Information Security best-practices, methodologies, and techniques. Detailed working knowledge of data management, information governance, and project management disciplines. Education: Bachelor's degree in an approved field from an accredited university and a minimum of +3 years of documented and relevant experience. Professional certifications and membership of associations in the field of electronic discovery or information/cyber security (i.e., Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) will be an asset.
