Responsibilities Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider. Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Staffing and Scheduling: Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners. In‑home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements. Cultivating Culture: Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.
