Base pay range CA$40.00/hr - CA$40.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Procom On behalf of our finance client, Procom is searching for an Accounts Payable Manager for a minimum 2-month role. This position is an onsite position in Toronto. Job Description This role involves managing the accounts payable function during a critical go-live phase, ensuring smooth processing and payment of approximately 70,000 invoices annually. The AP Manager will oversee a team of 7 staff, focusing on resolving issues, managing escalations, and supporting the expansion of the Serrala system. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end AP process to maintain service levels Triage issues and manage escalations with IT, vendors, and stakeholders Lead the AP team in support of Serrala expansion and provide targeted training Resolve vendor master data issues and ensure timely closure Complete a comprehensive handover with the departing AP Manager Mandatory Skills Proven experience with AP automation go-live and post-launch issue resolution Demonstrated people leadership in an AP environment Strong issue triage and stakeholder management skills Advanced Excel and MS Office skills Nice-to-Have Skills Problem-solving abilities Accessible approach to leadership This is a minimum 2-month contract position with possible extensions.
