We are a leading accounting firm with operations across Canada and the USA, renowned for our client-focused services and innovative financial solutions. Our mission is to empower businesses with impactful financial insights and expertise. We are seeking a talented and creative Video Graphic Designer to join our marketing team, aiming to enhance our visual communication strategies. Campaign Development Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote our accounting services across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Content Creation Develop engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, newsletters, and social media posts to attract and engage target audiences. Coordinate with designers and external agencies to produce branded marketing materials. Digital Marketing Manage and optimize online marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising, to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Analyze digital marketing analytics data to report on performance and continuously enhance campaign effectiveness. Event Coordination Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events such as webinars, workshops, and conferences to promote the firm’s services and expertise. Handle logistics and event communications, ensuring professional and on-brand presentation. Market Research Conduct market and competitive analyses to stay informed about industry trends and client needs. Leverage insights to adapt marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within a professional services or B2B environment. Familiarity with the accounting or finance industry is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
