Your Responsibilities Design and manage live content, stories and features that maximize acquisition, engagement and monetization throughout the product cycle in any FC mode. Lead other Product Managers in strategic planning for your area, ensuring alignment with other parts of the product. Conduct and communicate in-depth analysis of in-game behaviour trends using data insights to impact top line KPIs. Create and communicate concise roadmaps, strategies and execution plans for your product space. Represent the voice and needs of customers and partners within FC. Determine measurement plans, testing strategies, execute A/B testing campaigns and conduct post mortems. Work with the game team to create new live service spaces and drive best-practice strategies for live service levers in your product space. Track gaming trends and insights from the market. Create live content stories and plans using a mix of real and imagined football events. Collaborate with internal technical partners and be a key stakeholder for technologies affecting the game or live service. Partner with Central teams and craft requirements for player-facing features outside the game team scope. Collaborate with cross-functional partners and drive stakeholder alignment across revenue-generating initiatives, measuring ROI through data-driven decisions. Must be available on call rotation/weekends. Your Qualifications A passion for games with a player-first mentality. 8 years of Product Management or related game discipline experience (ideally in Live Services). Experience leading monetization strategies to maximize revenue while ensuring a positive player experience. Self-motivated team player with enthusiasm and collaboration. Ability to build compelling business cases using analytics and market insights to influence stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and data-driven product design and decision making. Experience translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership and external partners. Ability to manage strategic partnerships across competing priorities, budgets, and timelines to achieve win-win outcomes. Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle priorities and projects. Ability to adapt to various delivery methodologies. Highly desirable: A football fan with understanding of FC core mechanics or willingness to develop this understanding. Experienced In Successful live service console and/or mobile games delivering and maintaining products through the life cycle. Leading collaborative efforts inside and outside the team; working with key influencers to effect change. Identifying gaps and iterations in an existing product and choosing a direction to pursue to capture opportunities. Designing content, campaigns and features that maximize acquisition, engagement, and monetization with attention to retention & loyalty. Developing insights and strategies through metrics-driven analysis and design experimentation. Compensation And Benefits The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of factors. British Columbia (depending on location) CA$111,600 - CA$152,800 In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation, sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP, extended health/dental/vision coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement plan, and potential bonuses/equity.
