What You'll Do Design and implement ML models and pipelines with increasing autonomy. Translate research prototypes into production-ready components. Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for specific production applications. Work with large datasets to build modeling and reporting solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate models into products. Mentor junior and intermediate engineers on code quality and model practices. What You'll Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field 5–7 years of ML engineering or applied research experience. Solid skills in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow). Experience with model training, deployment, and monitoring at scale. This role is available throughout Canada. Employees within a 100-kilometer radius of our Toronto office are expected to work from the office on three pre-scheduled “core days” each month to encourage cross-team connection and in-person collaboration. Compensation includes salary, equity, comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and other benefits. Our recruiting team will provide a specific salary range based on location and years of experience.
