In addition to the core duties of a Pre‑Sales Consultant, the role acts as a technical architect who translates business flows into solution architectures and demonstrates Equisoft’s insurance solutions to prospective clients. Your Day Perform detailed client‑facing presentations and product demonstrations to all levels of prospective organization personnel Deliver value‑add messaging to showcase solution fit for client challenges Achieve demonstrable integration among Equisoft solution components for compelling sales presentations Develop relevant use cases for demo purposes and coordinate required work across teams Build integration proof‑of‑concepts using modern patterns Keep up with the latest technology and software development trends Work closely with Pre‑Sales, product owners and colleagues to understand functional specifications Innovate and collaborate, leading by example through strong communication and teamwork Requirements – Technical Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 7 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in a technical pre‑sales role Subject‑matter expertise in Life, Annuities and Health insurance products and processes Experience with modern integration technologies (REST APIs, GraphQL, event‑driven architecture) Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for rapid prototyping Solid understanding of front‑end and back‑end development concepts and server‑side technologies Strong understanding of SQL and general database concepts (query building and optimisation) Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong deadlines and shifting priorities Strong autonomy and self‑motivation with timely communication of progress and blockers Excellent command of English; French or Spanish a plus Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally Requirements – Soft Skills Strong organization and prioritization Analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication, writing and synthesis of information Ability to multi‑task in a rapid‑paced environment Team spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor and discipline Equisoft is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
