Serve French cuisine at Café Boulud in Toronto’s Yorkville neighbourhood, using wine knowledge and polished guest service. This part-time role requires flexible shift availability.
Four Seasons Hotel Toronto seeks a Café Boulud Server for Chef Daniel Boulud’s French brasserie. You will provide dining experiences meeting standards for quality, professionalism, and friendliness. Knowledge of menu options, beverage lists, and daily specials supports attentive service for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and service guests’ needs before being asked
- Explain available menu options, beverage lists, and daily specials
- Perform side work according to Café Boulud standards
- Greet and seat guests when the host is absent
- Take reservations and use the POS System
Requirements:
- High level of wine and French food knowledge
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Valid Smart Serve certification
- One to two years of previous server experience
- Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
