The DevOps Specialist will manage and support agile sprint processes for cross-functional teams while providing leadership and mentorship in agile principles and DevOps best practices. The role requires ensuring effective communication, maintaining transparency, facilitating delivery, and resolving delivery-related issues as they arise. Tasks Design and implement automation solutions to enable low-downtime deployment and operational processes. Oversee production operations for digital services, including: Managing configuration and credentials for production environments Planning and coordinating maintenance activities Handling database upgrades, migrations, backups, and recovery procedures Provide operational support for digital service implementation and enhancements through: Developing templates and patterns for deployments and CI/CD pipelines Creating tools and scripts to automate development and testing environments Build and maintain monitoring, telemetry, and observability tools that enhance application and system insights Support agile delivery teams by: Enabling early integration testing, security scanning, system performance testing, and load testing Supporting early and frequent releases to limited user groups (Alpha/Beta) Requirements 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud operations, or platform engineering Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and configuration management Hands-on experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) Experience managing production environments, including maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting Solid understanding of containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code tools Experience supporting application teams with integration testing, performance testing, and release management Familiarity with agile methodologies and ability to support cross-functional delivery teams Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
