Employer Industry: Cybersecurity Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Salary range from $71,000 to $119,000 Bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package Remote‑first working model with flexibility for most employees Employee‑led diversity and inclusion networks promoting community and education Opportunities for professional growth in a high‑impact, data‑driven environment Annual charity initiatives and global wellbeing programs to support employee health What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Assist in the development and rollout of annual sales compensation plans Support the quota‑setting process through data analysis and performance evaluation Analyze sales performance and compensation data to identify trends and areas for improvement Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on compensation strategy Streamline and document compensation workflows, ensuring clarity and efficiency What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Compensation Analysis, Finance, or a related analytical role Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel Detail‑oriented and organized, with a commitment to data accuracy and consistency Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting findings to non‑technical audiences How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience with Anaplan and/or sales compensation tools (e.g., CaptivateIQ, SalesForce, Xactly) Familiarity with SaaS sales models and terminology (e.g., ARR, ACV, bookings, churn, expansion) Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
