Working Hours: Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any field; experience in customer service
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken, written)
- Good communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone, email, and in person.
- Communicate with Mandarin- and Cantonese‑speaking customers to understand their needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Manage appointments, service documentation, and follow‑ups.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
