As a Principal Technical Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in geochemistry to influence major projects across Canada. With over six years of experience, you will lead diverse teams, develop innovative solutions, and expand ERM’s service offerings while fostering strong client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage technical execution of geochemical assessments
• Mentor and develop a high-performing technical team
• Create comprehensive mass balance and geochemical models
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary experts on project tasks
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
Requirements:
• Master’s or Doctorate in Geochemistry or related field
• 6+ years of consulting experience in relevant fields
• Registered professional in Canada
• Strong technical and mentoring capabilities
• Proven record in handling complex client issues
Drive innovation and excellence in geochemistry while contributing to ERM’s mission of sustainable resource development.
