Product Leader, Product Management Desjardins temporary 12 month, full‑time position Responsibilities Identify and make improvements to the product offer based on member and client needs, business priorities and market developments Define an innovative and engaging target vision for the product line and create the mid‑to‑long‑term roadmap in line with the organization's strategic priorities Monitor the competition and market developments, target opportunities to develop the offer, anticipate business impacts, recommend strategies and implement initiatives Provide leadership in defining the product's directions and represent the target client experience for the value‑added services offered by the product line Monitor the product line's commercial results and financial performance to target opportunities and recommend approaches to optimize the offer Perform sound management of the operational, reputational and financial risks associated with the product offer Take steps to make sure the product line and any improvements comply with laws and regulations and make the necessary recommendations to the decision‑making bodies Represent the team's position to the decision‑making bodies, partners or external organizations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field A minimum of six years of relevant experience Knowledge of French is required Action oriented, customer focus, differences, interpersonal savvy, nimble learning, strategic mindset Benefits Competitive salary and annual bonus 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year Defined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirement Group insurance including telemedicine Reimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment Benefits apply based on eligibility criteria.
