Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Zoho Books is an asset

Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping Manager
- Ensure complete and accurate bookkeeping, making sure all transactions are properly recorded and classified.
- Supervise a team and efficiently review tasks, assist and guide employees when necessary.
- Invoice Entry: Accurately and timely enter supplier and customer invoices into the accounting system.
- Transaction Recording: Record all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Tax Filings: Prepare and submit federal and provincial tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Budget Updates: Participate in updating and monitoring budgets, providing regular reports on variances from forecasts.
Financial Analysis
- Assist in the analysis of financial statements and provide recommendations to improve the company's financial performance.
Client Communication
- Offer support and advice to clients on accounting and financial management matters.
Business Development
- Contribute to implementing new technologies, including artificial intelligence.
- Help raise the company’s profile through networking and content participation.
