Senior Site Superintendent

Senior Site Superintendent Location: Delta, BC, Canada. Prism Construction Ltd. is a master builder of custom, state‑of‑the‑art commercial and industrial facilities. We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Superintendent to lead large‑scale projects in Delta, BC. Base Pay Range $95,000 – $120,000 per year. Key Responsibilities Lead all on‑site construction activities from mobilization to closeout. Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and trades, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Coordinate schedules, inspections, and material deliveries to keep projects on track. Resolve issues proactively while maintaining budgets and timelines. Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and communication with project managers. Represent Prism with professionalism and integrity in all client interactions. Qualifications 10 or more years of commercial/industrial construction experience. Proven track record managing multi‑million‑dollar projects. Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction methods. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is an asset.
