Who We Are

Daughter is a brand consultancy turning creative thinking into business results. We partner with organizations to define, evolve, and steward their brands with clarity and intention. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy and creativity, helping brands make sense of who they are, what they stand for, and how they show up in the world in ways that create real value. We believe brand impact happens when creative thinking is anchored in strategy and connected to business outcomes.

That means making the subjective objective, linking ideas, identity, and storytelling to measurable results and long‑term brand value. It’s the power of our thinking as much as our craft. Our work is guided by two North Stars: Good Days and Brand Impact. Good Days are days when people can meaningfully contribute, supported by clear processes, stable leadership, and space to think.

These conditions create the foundation for our best work. Brand Impact is strategic and creative work that strengthens brands and supports their long‑term growth and relevance. Good Days enable Brand Impact, and when our work creates meaningful results, it strengthens the business, creating more stability, more opportunity, and ultimately, more Good Days. This belief shapes how we partner with clients, build teams, and grow the business, with intention, care, and a commitment to work that lasts.

Why Daughter: We’re creating an environment where people can think deeply, contribute meaningfully, and do their best work. That means fewer distractions, clearer processes, and a shared commitment to quality over chaos. At Daughter, we believe Good Days aren’t accidental, they’re designed. You’ll work alongside thoughtful, collaborative people who care about both the work and the way it’s made.

You’ll partner with clients who value perspective and trust us to help shape their brands. And as Daughter grows, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the business itself, through leadership, curiosity, and shared ambition. We also recognize that great work is supported by great benefits. Daughter offers competitive pay, comprehensive health coverage, and perks designed to support your career growth.

This role is M‑F in person at our Calgary office. Interested? Please apply by January 16, 2026 to with a cover letter + resume (your cover letter can be the email to us). Daughter is an equal opportunity employer.
