As Branch Manager you will play an essential role in developing and supporting the business plans, leadership development, and satisfaction of customers for the dealership. You will: Provide leadership and guidance to the Managers and staff to ensure that all departments are working together to achieve our goals Develop and retain key talent, create vision and excitement focused on customer support and engagement Collaborate with Sales Manager and General Manager on key customer accounts Execute the branch business, sales and marketing plans Manage annual goals and budgets to align with financial and operational objectives Ensure the dealership’s reputation and image in the community is consistent with the organization’s values, vision, and mission Manage in cooperation with Department Managers and Human Capital recruiting, staffing and employee development Collaborate with all departments to deliver exceptional customer service Build and maintain relationships with internal departments, external partners, and customers Oversee branch maintenance, security, and professional appearance You have: Education in Business, Marketing or related field, equivalent education/experience may be considered 3+ years management experience in increasingly responsible roles Experience leading, developing, and motivating others Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills In-depth knowledge/familiarity with ag industry, John Deere/competitive products Ability to develop and implement business strategies and goals Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed Valid driver’s license required You are: Results-oriented, strong work ethic, customer focused Self-aware with high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Successful in fast-paced, high-growth environment CONNECT with us today Whether you're new to this field or experienced in other related fields, we offer continued education and training to help you thrive and expand your knowledge Our 18 locations across Saskatchewan and Manitoba offer endless opportunities for you to GROW .
