Your Impact Lead water treatment projects as Project Manager or Engineer-of-Record, ensuring quality delivery on time and on budget Design and analyze treatment processes including mass balance, hydraulic analysis, and technology selection Collaborate across WSP’s water treatment and mining teams in Canada and North America Develop client relationships and lead proposal efforts to win new work and grow our backlog Mentor junior and intermediate engineers, sharing your expertise and shaping the next generation of talent The Skills That Set You Apart 15+ years of experience in consulting engineering with a focus on water treatment for mining and industrial applications Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in a Canadian province Proven leadership in project delivery, business development, and client engagement Skilled in process design tools such as HYSIM/HYSIS, OLI, or Wave Experience in metallurgy and commissioning is an asset Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for fieldwork and client engagement Why Choose WSP?
