About The Role We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing — a strategic and hands‑on leader who can turn organic traffic, content, and analytics into a predictable growth engine. You’ll own Featherless’s growth stack end-to-end: web presence, SEO, analytics, paid experimentation, and conversion funnels — and help coordinate the full website rebrand and relaunch . Your mission: grow qualified traffic and convert awareness into activation. What You’ll Do Coordinate the full website rebrand (UX, copy, and performance) with internal and external partners Define and execute Featherless’s SEO and keyword strategy Build and manage analytics + attribution systems (GA4, PostHog, Supabase, Looker) Optimize signup, activation, and retention funnels with data‑led experiments Run small, high‑impact paid campaigns to test messaging Collaborate with DevRel on content strategy Report weekly on growth KPIs ‑ traffic, conversion, activation, churn What You Bring 3–7 years in growth or digital marketing (developer tools, or infra preferred) Proven experience owning growth strategy across SEO, paid, and analytics Strong command of GA4, Ahrefs, Search Console, Looker, or similar tools Analytical and experimental — you define KPIs, test hypotheses, and ship fast Collaborative across engineering, design, and product teams Bonus: led a brand or website redesign project Bonus: familiarity with LLMs, APIs, or developer platforms Why Featherless Shape the growth engine of an emerging AI infrastructure company Full ownership of SEO, analytics, and rebrand execution Work directly with leadership and engineers to move fast and test ideas Build the foundation for a scalable PLG and enterprise funnel Seniority Level Director Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Marketing and Sales Industries: Technology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
