Responsibilities Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, secure data pipelines and data lakes using Azure services such as Databricks, Data Factory, and Delta Lake. Lead end‑to‑end implementation of data ingestion, transformation, validation, and error handling workflows optimized for production workloads. Design and implement enterprise data platform architectures, including compute models, security, identity management, and network configurations. Manage Medallion architecture, DataOps practices, schema evolution, and data quality frameworks while ensuring governance and compliance. Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver solutions aligned with organizational standards. Guide the team in deploying best practices for cost governance, scalability, and performance tuning across Azure environments. Work directly with senior leadership and stakeholders to validate architecture decisions, propose roadmap strategies, and align project outcomes with organizational goals. Develop technical documentation, solution diagrams, and governance policies; support solution deployment and production monitoring.
