About the Role You will play a critical role in driving revenue and optimizing our presence on Amazon. As a Sr. Account Manager, you will manage and grow our direct‑to‑consumer brand's presence on Amazon, leveraging your expertise in e‑commerce, marketing, and sales to maximize results. Integrity : Demonstrates strong ethical standards and represents the brand with authenticity. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of Amazon account management to achieve sales and revenue targets. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth. Create compelling product listings and optimize content, keywords, and imagery. Plan and execute Amazon‑focused advertising campaigns, including sponsored and display ads. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain to maintain optimal stock. Conduct competitor analysis and adjust strategies accordingly. Utilize performance analytics tools to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategies and ensure seamless customer experience. Stay up‑to‑date with Amazon best practices, policies, and trends. Manage customer service, reviews, and feedback to maintain high satisfaction. Collaborate with partner agencies for joint strategies and negotiate contracts. Qualifications Proven experience as an Amazon Channel Manager or similar role with revenue growth. Strong understanding of e‑commerce, digital marketing, and sales principles. In‑depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA processes, and tools. Proficiency with analytics tools such as Amazon Retail Analytics, Helium 10, or similar. Familiarity with Amazon advertising platforms (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP). Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Detail‑oriented with exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities. Adaptability to fast‑paced environment and changing priorities. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred). How We Hire Our people are what make Knix.
