Cleaner Position at FirstService Residential

In this essential role, you will work on weekends from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Responsibilities include servicing restrooms, sweeping floors, managing waste, and reporting repairs. An eye for detail is crucial, as you will also dust, polish furniture, and observe safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and service restrooms efficiently
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors and stairways
• Gather and properly dispose of waste materials
• Report repairs and safety hazards promptly
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
Requirements:
• Knowledge of janitorial tools and practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety rules
