This role will be instrumental in shaping how our customers interact with and derive value from their information. Your leadership will be critical in realizing our innovative vision to deliver best-in-class AI-powered products. Responsibilities and Duties: Defining and driving the AI product strategy aligned with M-Files' vision and customer needs Leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to deliver AI features that enhance user experience and business outcomes Owning the roadmap for AI capabilities such as intelligent metadata extraction, semantic search, document classification, and generative AI integrations Translating customer pain points and market trends into actionable product requirements Collaborating with engineering to ensure reliable and scalable AI solutions Monitoring performance of AI features and continuously optimizing based on user feedback and data Evangelizing AI capabilities internally and externally, including customer presentations, webinars, and thought leadership Qualifications and Skills: 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products Deep domain expertise in AI, including a proven track record of assessing market opportunities and defining product strategies specifically for generative AI-powered solutions Proven success in bringing AI products from concept to market in an enterprise SaaS environment Experience defining and tracking key metrics for generative AI products, demonstrating a clear understanding of their business impact and value proposition Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and inspire customers Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Preferred Qualifications: Technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science) Experience with AI compliance, ethics, and responsible AI practices Familiarity with information management, content services, or related enterprise software is a plus Demonstrated thought leadership in AI/ML domain Why You'll Enjoy Working Here: Innovate with Purpose: Be at the forefront of AI-native product development, shaping how thousands of global organizations transform knowledge work and harness the power of intelligent automation Global Reach, Human Touch: Join a diverse, international team united by curiosity and collaboration, where every idea is valued, and innovation thrives through shared learning Impact You Can See: Your work will directly influence how customers find, manage, and leverage information, driving measurable business outcomes and user delight Empowered to Succeed: At M-Files, we believe in ownership and trust.
