THE OPPORTUNITY Aritzia is growing, and our Materials team is expanding. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for developing and executing garment and fabric washes that align with Aritzia's Everyday Luxury promise. As the Senior Manager/Manager, Wash, you will play a key role in executing Aritzia's wash program and collaborating across Manufacturing and Product Creative Sub-Divisions to develop and standardize world-class washes. You will also support your team members' growth and careers while enjoying a rewarding work environment. THE ROLE As the Senior Manager/Manager, Wash, your responsibilities will include: Leading the department's daily operations in collaboration with Business Support partners, supporting corporate objectives, and fostering career development and employee satisfaction. Delivering washes that meet the Creative Design vision. Ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of materials before finished goods production. Collaborating with Business Support partners to support the department's functions and corporate goals. THE QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate for Senior Manager/Manager, Wash will possess: Proven expertise, certifications, education, or experience in technical wash application development and standardization techniques. A commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's Values and Leadership principles. THE COMPENSATION The typical salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 per year, with final compensation depending on experience, skills, and knowledge. We are open to considering candidates whose qualifications may differ, with adjustments to scope and salary as appropriate.
