Cineplex Front of House Trainer

Coach Servers or Bartenders at Cineplex while delivering exceptional Guest Service and modeling service excellence during restaurant shifts.

The Hourly FOH Player Trainer supports training and development through hands-on coaching. You will guide new Servers or Bartenders, reinforce procedures, and provide feedback. The position also supports Guest Service metrics, including NPS, while escalating concerns appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train new Servers or Bartenders assigned by venue leadership
• Coach restaurant Players during shifts with real-time feedback
• Reinforce policies, procedures, and service best practices
• Model service excellence and support Guest Service metrics
• Report unsafe conditions and reinforce safe work practices

Requirements:

• Minimum six months of service with Cineplex
• No documented performance issues and Player Trainer enrollment
• Smart Serve or required alcohol service certification
• Strong Guest Service, product knowledge, and execution
• Organized, calm under pressure, and scheduling-ready
