Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $115,500.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to support marketing initiatives for the Canadian market. This role will help in the development and execution of Canada-specific digital and social media campaigns as well as traditional media campaigns. In addition, the role will help execute retail marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales across all key channels including e-commerce and Amazon. Strong consumer and brand planning skills are required to build strategies derived from integration of cultural insights and trends with business objectives. The Integrated Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Amazon Marketing Team, Sales, Creative, PR, Digital/Social, Operations, and global counterparts to build a cohesive and impactful local marketing plan for Canada. The ideal candidate has strong experience in catering to Canadian market ideally in consumer electronics, tech, or lifestyle categories. Responsibilities and Duties Help develop and execute the annual/quarterly Canada marketing plan aligned with global and North America brand strategies. Lead integrated campaigns across digital and non-digital to retail and e-commerce channels. Identify key local marketing opportunities, seasonal moments, partnerships, and market‑specific trends. Help develop strong consumer insights and brand strategies and identify key media channels. Influencer, Social & Content Marketing Develop influencer and creator strategies tailored for Canada (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Oversee the day‑to‑day workflow with influencer, digital, and creative agencies. Guide content creation, ensuring consistency in brand storytelling, voice, tone, and visual identity. Digital, Performance & Retail Marketing Develop digital marketing tactics that support awareness and conversion, including paid social, sponsored content, media partnerships. Support retail partner marketing programs (Best Buy, Costco, Amazon, etc.) with localized content, promotions, and co‑marketing activities. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Sales to support channel‑specific needs and ensure marketing aligns with sales targets. Work with global product, brand, and creative teams to adapt content for Canada while maintaining global consistency. Coordinate with global and regional teams across multiple time zones. Data, Reporting & Budget Management Define KPIs across all marketing initiatives: brand awareness, traffic, engagement, influencer ROI, PR performance, retail impact, and sales uplift. Monitor marketing performance and deliver regular reporting to leadership. Manage Canada’s marketing budget, including forecasting, spend allocation, ROI analysis, and optimization. Requirements (Skills/Abilities/Experience) 3+ years’ experience in integrated media marketing, with strong exposure to influencer marketing, digital and traditional media. Experience in consumer electronics, tech, lifestyle, or retail/e‑commerce environments is preferred. Strong understanding of Canada’s media landscape, influencer community, and consumer behavior. Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple agencies and partners. Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously. Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills and an understanding of content trends. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and optimizing based on insights. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, and marketing analytics tools. Experience with budget management, ROI tracking, and performance reporting. Ability to work across time zones in a multicultural global organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Education/Licenses/certifications Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, creatives or related field. Physical Demands Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times. Must be able to travel. What we offer Paid time off and holidays.
