About the Role We are expanding our development team to build next‑generation web and AI‑powered features that make workforce planning smarter, more intuitive, and more efficient. As a Junior Software Developer on our Research & Development team, you will work closely with senior engineers to build, test, and maintain web and backend systems that support vacation planning, shift management, and advanced scheduling. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web and backend features using Vue.js and .NET 9 Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software features that leverage AI and machine learning Integrate Azure OpenAI services (GPT‑based models, embeddings, etc.) into product workflows Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement APIs and services that interact with AI models Support data preparation tasks such as cleaning, labeling, and validating datasets Translate prototypes into scalable, production‑ready applications Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team discussions Write clean, maintainable code using modern frameworks and best practices Who You Are You’re an early‑career software developer with curiosity, initiative, and hands‑on experience building features that use AI.
