Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor
• Evaluate needs and act on customer cues
• Assist in the selection of specialty beverages
• Ensure a clean and appealing environment
• Follow cash handling guidelines and safety protocols
Requirements:
• High level of customer service skills needed
• Multitasking ability and stress resilience
• Previous cash handling experience is beneficial
• Team-oriented and effective communicator
• Food Safe certification an advantage
