Data Center Substation Engineering Manager Join HDR as a Data Center Substation Engineering Manager . We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Power Delivery team in designing and managing high voltage substation projects. Primary Responsibilities Lead technical teams on high voltage substation projects, ensuring quality and adherence to standards. Develop project execution plans and assign tasks to team members. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project scope, schedule, and budget are met. Mentor and guide engineers and technical staff. Perform quality reviews and ensure compliance with HDR's QMS. Manage multiple projects across different locations. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience in high voltage substation design, up to 500kV. Experience with 12kV to 500kV substations; 765kV experience is a plus. Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant design software. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Active PE or P.Eng license. Experience in project execution within the power sector. Additional Information Location options include California, Arizona, Texas, North Carolina, Louisiana, Missouri, Canada, and Tennessee. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $107,712 to $204,250 depending on experience and location. } #J-18808-Ljbffr
