This Store Team Member role suits candidates beginning careers, re-entering the workforce, or seeking a new job. You will support customers through cart service, promotions, neat departments, and health and safety standards. Training is provided, and previous experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure shopping carts remain available for customer use
- Return carts to designated store and parking lot areas
- Set up company-directed promotions and programs
- Keep department areas neat throughout shifts
- Maintain health and safety standards consistently
Requirements:
- Provide courteous, resourceful customer service when answering questions
- Work independently while contributing as a team player
- Show attention to detail and motivation to learn
- Work varied departments, days, evenings, and weekends
- Move up to 50 pounds and remain mobile
