Deliver fashion-focused client service as a Seasonal Sales Associate at OAK + FORT, working part-time at Toronto Eaton Centre in Toronto, Ontario. Drive sales through product knowledge and customer experience.
OAK + FORT is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support sales, client service, and store operations. You will achieve personal sales goals while representing the brand’s modern essentials across womenswear, menswear, accessories, jewelry, beauty, and homeware. The position emphasizes client relationships, eCommerce purchases, social media, and accurate cash desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client experiences through OAK + FORT Sales Culture
- Build client relationships through accurate database recording
- Drive sales through eCommerce purchases and social media platforms
- Process cash desk operations efficiently and accurately
- Maximize sales during special events and customer services
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, sales, and clienteling
- Trendsetting, creative, and fashion-forward approach
- Ability to influence and drive results
- Adaptable and resourceful working style
