Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Computer Vision AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced computer vision and machine learning solutions. You will work on challenging projects involving object detection, tracking, recognition, multimodal LLM/VLM integration, and real-time inference systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership in architecture and execution, and the ability to mentor junior engineers. Key Responsibilities Design and implement state-of-the-art computer vision and machine learning models for real-world applications. Develop and optimize algorithms for image/video analysis, object detection, segmentation, pose estimation, and 3D vision. Integrate computer vision pipelines with large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs). Build scalable, production-grade AI/ML systems with efficient model training, evaluation, and deployment. Perform data preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation strategy design for robust model performance. Conduct research on emerging AI/ML methods and translate findings into practical applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, hardware, product) to deliver end-to-end solutions. Lead technical decision‑making, architecture reviews, and best practices for AI/ML development. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth. Qualifications Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on computer vision. Proven track record with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). Expertise in CNNs, transformers, diffusion models, and modern vision architectures. Strong programming skills in Python (and C++). Experience with deploying ML models to production (e.g., TensorRT, ONNX, OpenVINO, TorchScript). Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong math background in linear algebra, probability, optimization, and statistics. Experience with multimodal AI (LLMs, VLMs, CLIP, SAM, etc.). >Knowledge of edge AI deployment and real‑time inference optimization.
