Responsibilities Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. Develop detailed programming specifications. Write and/or generate code, compile data‑driven programs, maintain, and conduct unit tests. Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion, and migrations. Must Have: (Mandatory) 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/design/development/integration. 5+ years of experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE and others. 5+ years experience with Siebel EIM/EAI. Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development. 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18 focusing on configuring/developing. Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects. Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates. Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and methods. Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification. Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations. Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, exposing Siebel in external application). Experience configuring Siebel migration application. Experience administering the Siebel Approval Manager. Report Development Skills (35%) Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development. Working knowledge of Open UI concepts – PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files. General Skills Programming and analysis; specialized software package support at specified experience level. Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. Structured methodologies for development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications. Strong conversion experience in Account Receivable Collection modules. Strong programming skills in Oracle database, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripts and Oracle Data Integrator. Business knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable and Inventory Modules of Oracle E‑Business. Excellent knowledge of Oracle E‑Business table structure related to GL, AR, Collections, AP, INV and FND. SQL tuning and use of partition tables. Data warehouse, ETL methodologies and OBIEE experience. Java and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills and leadership abilities to oversee QA of the project from technical perspective.
