This is a high‑impact leadership role for a proven retail professional who wants to take ownership of a complex operation and make a real difference in a Northern community. For the right candidate, this role offers the potential to earn a six‑figure salary; in addition to incentives and Northern allowances. What You’ll Do Lead all aspects of store жoperations, including sales, profitability, labour, and inventory Build, coach, and develop an effective leadership and frontline team Drive customer service excellence, merchandising, and in‑store execution Manage budgets, expenses, and loss prevention Build strong relationships within the community and with local stakeholders What We’re Looking For 5+ years of management experience in a high‑volume grocery or retail environment Proven ability to deliver sales and bottom‑line results Strong people leadership and communication skills Solid understanding of grocery retail operations Comfortable working in a remote, northern environment What We Offer Competitive salary with performance incentives Food and accommodation allowances Paid relocation and vacation travel Comprehensive benefits and employer‑paid pension Employer Ownership Plan with company match Paid training and development Relocation Relocation is required.
