Position Summary The OMNI Department Manager will provide customer service by offering assistance to meet the customer’s shopping needs. This will be accomplished by contributing to the overall processes for Online Grocery and Walmart.ca processes directly and through follow‑up with OMNI Associates. This role functions as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns. What you'll do Participates in the training and development of all OMNI Associates. Completes Back Office Setup including Review of Future Grocery Order Summary; Grocery Order Daily Pickup Report;本文 set of tasks – Payment Exceptions, Picks, workload determination, CFAs assignment, staging whiteboards, handheldsretweeted by CFAs. Checks email and AMP+ for action items. Completes daily picks, post‑pick activities; clears and sets service stations, cleans totes, maintains e‑commerce cleaning standards, and ensures Back Office is NCO and ready for the next day. The cleanliness level required is similar to that of a fresh associate. Leads by example: greets all customers politely and friendly, promotes products/services, locates merchandise, and assists with purchase decisions desp.
