As a Fashion Associate, you support daily store operations and help customers feel confident and stylish. You assist in fitting rooms, process cash-desk transactions, and maintain an organized sales floor. Your customer-first approach supports relationships, loyalty, and store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create outstanding shopping experiences and customer relationships
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately at checkout
- Provide personalized assistance and answer customer questions
- Use product knowledge and promotions to drive add-on sales
- Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor
Requirements:
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, organized, and adaptable approach
- Fashion sense and knowledge of current trends
- Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite
