Referral Building : Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Staffing and Scheduling : Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
