How to thrive in this role? Youhold a bachelor’s degree in communications/journalism/public Relations or a related discipline; You have at least 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or related discipline with experience in media relations preferred (experience with public company financial disclosure processes an asset); You have excellent spoken and written communications skills in English and French; You have demonstrated initiative as well as excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You have a proven ability to work calmly in a fast-paced, complex environment and adapt to changing stakeholder requirements, ambiguous situations or crises with poise; You can easily overcome obstacles/problems and achieve targets; You can work independently or remotely collaborate in a team setting, including virtual teams; You have a successful track record working in a corporate environment with senior executives; You have corporate communications experience working within production-focused environments. Knowledge of the aerospace industry or other technically driven, complex industries an asset; You have the ability to build and maintain relationships while influencing peers; You possess Microsoft Office and web skills.
