About the Role We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to drive our customer acquisition and growth strategy through data‑led digital marketing with a core focus on Paid Search, Youtube, and Programmatic. As a senior member of the marketing team, you will take ownership of paid media performance, identify scalable growth opportunities, and ensure that every marketing dollar contributes to long‑term revenue growth. This role is highly cross‑functional, requiring a strong balance of strategic thinking, hands‑on execution, and analytical rigor. You’ll manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets across paid channels, optimize campaigns at scale, and build frameworks for continuous experimentation and learning. What you’ll do: Develop and execute data‑driven performance marketing strategies across paid digital channels with a core focus on Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads). Collaborate with leadership to define channel mix, budget allocation, and growth targets. Own, manage and optimize campaigns across Google Search Ads, Youtube, Bing, Programmatic and potentially other digital channels. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. Help sustainably test and scale new and unproven channels. Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI and minimize CAC. Own marketing performance dashboards, ensuring transparency of KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS etc.). Analyze funnel performance and conversion data to identify growth opportunities. Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders. Work closely with product, design, and content teams to align campaigns with brand positioning and messaging. Partner with sales and customer success to optimize lead quality and pipeline generation. Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new tools, channels, and strategies. Lead experimentation initiatives to discover new growth levers. Qualifications Experience: 3-10 years in performance marketing with direct ownership of large paid budgets ($1M+ annually). Mastery of Google Ads is a must. Familiarity with Meta and programmatic platforms like Stackadapt is very nice to have. Strong knowledge of tracking, tagging, and attribution (GTM, GA4, server‑side tracking). Proficiency in BI/analytics tools such as Looker or SQL. Ability to interpret data, run cohort analyses, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Demonstrated success in scaling acquisition channels and lowering CAC while improving LTV. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills; ability to influence executives with data‑driven insights. Bonus if you have experience in E‑commerce or automotive industries.
