Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement developmentally appropriate programs
• Ensure children's well-being in a secure environment
• Evaluate children's needs and communicate with families
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with coworkers
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings regularly
Requirements:
• Level 3 Certification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Adherence to local childcare employment standards
• Current certifications in First Aid and CPR
• Required immunizations and health assessments completed
