The target salary range for this position is $79,655 - $89,000 per year based on experience. In addition, this role offers a defined path for career advancement, with performance‑based wage increases along the way as well as eligibility for an annual variable profit‑sharing program. Responsibilities Team Development: Take the helm as you guide and mentor a team of Front Counter, Tire Technicians, Journeypersons, Apprentices, and more.
