The target salary range for this position is $79,655 - $89,000 per year based on experience. Responsibilities Team Development: Take the helm as you guide and mentor a team of Front Counter, Tire Technicians, Journeypersons, Apprentices, and more. Qualifications Possess at least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred) A high school diploma/ GED equivalent and some management training.
