The brand is currently sold at retailers worldwide and at Pehr.com. About the Role We’re hiring a hands‑on Manager of Retention to own strategy and execution across Email, SMS, and customer data. You’ll build, launch, and optimize lifecycle programs that drive engagement, loyalty, and LTV—while rolling up your sleeves to make it happen every day. Responsibilities Build and lead the full retention roadmap across Email, SMS, and owned channels. Design, test, and iterate onboarding, win‑back, reactivation, and loyalty journeys. Own segmentation using behavioral, transactional, and demographic data for hyper‑personalized messaging. Plan, calendar, and execute Email + SMS campaigns end‑to‑end. Partner with Creative to deliver on‑brand, high‑engagement content. Run A/B tests and experiments to boost open rates, clicks, and conversions. Analytics & Optimization Define KPIs, build dashboards, and analyze performance daily. Turn data into actionable insights and next‑step tests. Work with Analytics to develop predictive models and customer scoring. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Align with Product, Marketing and Creative teams for seamless journeys. Sync with Acquisition and brand for consistent funnel messaging. Manage ESPs, SMS platforms, and Martech stack hands‑on. Stay ahead of trends and test new tools. Team Management Lead and develop 1–2 direct reports and/or agency relationships. Qualifications 6+ years in digital marketing, 5+ years focused on Email + SMS experience required. Large‑scale ESP mastery (Klaviyo strongly preferred). Solid grasp of CAN‑SPAM, segmentation, data extensions, and KPIs. Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). A balance of Analytical + Creative. Execution‑oriented‑ you strategize *and* roll up your sleeves to execute. Detail‑obsessed, results‑driven, and comfortable juggling priorities. Self‑starter who thrives in cross‑functional environment. Clear communicator, verbally and in writing.
