Join to apply for the Industrial Engineering Supervisor role at Stellantis. The Industrial Engineering (IE) Supervisor is responsible for supervising plant Industrial Engineers and reports to the plant Industrial Engineering Manager. The IE Supervisor will interact with management to develop hourly and salary staffing plans, and lead actions to achieve productivity objectives. The position interacts with production management and union leadership on a daily basis on all matters relating to staffing requirements. The Supervisor also supports the development of direct and indirect labor budgets with corporate industrial engineering teams, as well as performs indirect labor and ergonomics studies with plant Industrial Engineers. This role assists in planning and adjusting manpower according to assembly plant production schedules, building plant budgets, and forecasting yearly manpower needs. The IE Supervisor supports Stellantis Production Way (SPW) and new program system design reviews and optimization, and is expected to support the IE Manager with the day‑to‑day management of shop floor activities. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering Minimum FOUR (4) years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated experience with time and motion studies, development of standardized work and standard data Demonstrated the ability to apply throughput improvement processes Practical knowledge and understanding of traditional lean manufacturing systems Data collection, root cause analysis and practical problem‑solving skills Ability to lead a team and give clear directions Legally eligible to work in Canada Preferred Qualifications Degree in Industrial Engineering MTM-UAS or MODAPTS certification Experience working in a union environment Supervisory experience Knowledge of Stellantis Production Way (SPW) principles Knowledge/experience with AutoCAD, systems and Microsoft Excel At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
