We are seeking an experienced individual with strong customer service and conflict resolution skills. As a Concierge Guard, you will control access, monitor situations, and ensure emergency protocols are followed. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct traffic and manage guest access to the property
• Monitor security feeds and respond to incidents
• Issue keys to contractors and manage building access
• Implement emergency procedures during evacuations
• Train and supervise a small team of guards
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Must hold a valid Ontario Security License
• Strong observational and documentation skills
• Proficient in computers and security systems
• Reliable transportation is essential for site assignments
