We believe that, together, we can achieve more. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Environment, Health & Safety Sr Manager to join and lead our Environment Health & Safety Team. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and mentor the EH&S team driving environment, health and safety processes to achieve critical business objectives, goals, and key performance metrics. Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, local regulations, and to company EHS policies, procedures, and standards. Direct and implement standardized risk assessments, monitoring programs, and facilitate required training(s) to ensure safe operations, maintenance, commissioning, and construction activities. Ensure robust audit program for comprehensive coverage of all facility processes for compliance assurance to relevant EHS standards. Oversee root cause analysis of all safety and environmental incidents, near misses, and facilitate implementation of appropriate corrective action measures, and read across opportunities. Support all regulatory and internal company requirements for new equipment installations, equipment modifications, building modifications, or process changes. Ensure proper implementation of ergonomic program, radiation safety program, laser safety program, waste management program, and discharge building. Manage the timely submission of documentation, reports, permit amendments, inventories and surveys to appropriate government and regulatory agencies. Ensure the implementation, sustainment, and continuous improvement of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems. Liaise with external stakeholders (regulatory, community, others) as necessary and coordinate required efforts to address concerns, inquiries, and questions. Support the facility’s emergency response program. Support all shifts and work additional hours as required. Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, Science or related field. Minimum eight (8) years Safety, Environmental, Engineering or related experience. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a leadership role. Ministry of Labor experience enforcing all regulations Strong understanding and application of federal, provincial and local environmental and safety regulations and requirements. Effective written and verbal communication, excellent presentation skills. Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and/or other software applications. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Preferred Requirements Master\'s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, Science or related field. Environmental or safety professional certification (e.g. PE, P. Eng., CRSP, CHMM).
