Sales / Lifestyle Director All Seniors Care Living Centres is a leader in retirement living and seeks a permanent full-time Sales / Lifestyle Director at Fox Hollow Retirement Residence in London, Ontario. Our marketing, communications and sales team is composed of individuals who cultivate meaningful relationships. We aim to make each prospective resident’s experience exceptional. The Lifestyle Director role offers a unique opportunity for an enterprising, self‑directed sales professional with a proven track‑record in sales and a passion for working with seniors. Responsibilities Consultative sales process to help seniors and their families make informed decisions regarding a retirement residence Drive occupancy levels and meet or exceed established sales targets Manage telephone inquiries and convert them into personal visit bookings Conduct personal visits, follow up on leads, and close sales through lease signings Track sales activity in the CRM database and analyze reports to identify sales trends specific to the community and residence Drive referrals and traffic while building a qualified lead database within the target market Develop, promote and implement marketing plans and events Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in sales Ability to follow an established sales process, including prospecting and closing sales transactions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to network, multi‑task, and promote services Knowledge of the surrounding area and communities, valid provincial driver’s licence, and access to a vehicle Prior experience in the healthcare or retirement residency industry is an asset Location & Travel London, ON – reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Benefits We offer a sales bonus and incentives along with salary and benefits commensurate with the incumbent’s experience.
