What You'll Do

As an Activity Supervisor, you'll:

• Lead and motivate a team of outdoor adventure professionals.
• Deliver safe, efficient, and memorable guest experiences every day.
• Coach and develop team members to perform at their best.
• Support daily operational planning and problem-solving.
• Ensure exceptional safety and service standards are maintained.
• Help create an environment where both guests and team members leave happier than when they arrived.
