Lead AI product strategy from Canada while shaping SaaS innovation, product-led growth, and next-generation search capabilities. Report directly to the CTO.
As Senior Product Management Director, you will define product vision and roadmaps across AI features, AEO/GEO capabilities, and growth initiatives. You will guide a globally distributed product management team and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success leaders. The focus includes AI-native discovery, experimentation, validation, and development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute overarching product strategy and roadmap
- Integrate emerging AI technologies into SaaS product experiences
- Lead AEO and GEO product development initiatives
- Accelerate acquisition, engagement, retention, and expansion
- Establish product KPIs and measurement frameworks
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional product management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Experience applying AI technologies in product development
- Proven success launching, scaling, and optimizing products
- Advanced English proficiency for international collaboration
