WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is seeking a dynamic Regional Director to manage their network of diagnostic facilities. You will report directly to the Vice President of Operations while collaborating with over 1,000 healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, ensuring all clinics deliver exceptional service and meet corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor clinic operations for quality assurance
• Manage recruitment and staffing for clinic needs
• Implement new services and operational changes
• Analyze business analytics for effective decision-making
• Coach clinic managers to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
• 5+ years in healthcare management
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience in diagnostic imaging is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel across Ontario
Drive operational excellence and patient engagement for WELL Health Diagnostic Centres across Ontario in this key leadership role.
