Role: MS Power Platform Consultant Location: Toronto Key Responsibilities Deliver efficient, high-quality code through collaboration within an Agile development team. Share guidance and promote adherence to coding standards and best practices among developers. Participate actively in all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and story estimation sessions. Provide timely support for critical production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Adhere to established development and maintenance methodologies, processes, and standards. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, development tools, and industry trends while building expertise in TD services, applications, and business domains. Produce accurate development estimates and proactively highlight potential risks or challenges. Ensure all aspects of the application development lifecycle align with overall architectural design and integration standards. Mentor and coach junior developers, serving as a subject-matter reference throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify solutions, assess business impacts, and manage system integration effectively. Work cross-functionally with other teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on medium to large-scale projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with peers, management, and business stakeholders. Contribute to a positive and innovative team culture that encourages creativity, teamwork, and excellence. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in end-to-end application development. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Power Automate). 2-3 years of experience working in an Agile development environment. Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with SSO, token-based authentication, and certificate-based authentication. Experience with Windows Services is an asset. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Exceptional prioritization and time management skills. Proven professionalism with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to manage multiple deliverables with a results-oriented, "get it done" mindset. Highly self-motivated, organized, and innovative, with a focus on continuous learning. Demonstrates initiative, confidence, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
